While her knowledge, expertise, and professionalism were immediately evident, it was her genuinely lovely demeanor, her compassion, and her sincere commitment to finding what would best suit my individual needs that impressed me most!
Michelle immediately put me at ease about my hearing loss. She spent a considerable amount of time explaining the nature of my hearing impairment and the factors contributing to it in clear, understandable terms. I felt that Michelle was genuinely invested in my comfort, confidence, and ultimate satisfaction with whatever hearing device I chose.
It is rare to encounter a healthcare professional who combines such expertise with this degree of kindness, patience, and personal attention. I am so grateful to have found her and cannot recommend her highly enough!

The first visit to Michelle Singer's office I was IMPRESSED . Liberty the receptionist/assistant was warm, friendly and professional. Michelle greeted me in the same fashion.
I explained my hearing loss, the fact that I had visited THREE doctors offices previously with NO SUCCESS ! Michelle listened ACTIVELY to my issues. After testing, we had a conversation as how to solve my hearing lost. Michelle gave clear and accurate information for me to understand. I am HAPPY and have a NEW LEASE ON LIFE !!! now I can have a social life AGAIN !!! BEFLORE i felt isolated because I couldn't hear when people were speaking to me. Wow. Dr Singer saw me same day I called I have had hearing aids for six years and everybody told me they weren’t working. She was professional patient and an hour later. I walked out and heard sounds. I hadn’t heard in years if I could give her 10 stars I would and by the way no weight when it was my appointment time.
Great friendly people. My hearing aids quit while I was visiting NYC and they helped me get them up and running in time for me to see (and hear) a Broadway play that night!
I had the pleasure of meeting Michelle Singer because my hearing aids failed while I was visiting NYC. Her knowledge and proficiency were evident, but what impressed me most was the genuine compassion and personal attention she provided. I never felt rushed, and I truly felt that she cared about finding the best solution for me. Michelle gained nothing financially from my visit but her care and grace were outstanding. I plan to move my care to her permanently as I am often in New York.
We dropped in to pick up some hearing aid supplies and Michelle was quick to give us the supplies. She asked if I had any questions, and even though I didn’t have an appointment, she helped me manage the hearing aids with the new version of the app, adjusted my hearing aids, removed wax from my ears and answered my daughter’s questions about her hearing. She definitely went above and beyond what we hoped to accomplish.
Michelle was a fount of knowledge and wisdom during our visit in NYC today! She explained all the functions of my mom’s hearing aids to both of us succinctly, and made some necessary adjustments so my mom could hear better. So kind, helpful and with terrifically clear explanations. If I could give her a 10-star review, I would! Thank you, Dr. Michelle!
Dr Singer is amazing. She has worked with me the past few years to find the perfect hearing aids that have completely changed and improved my quality of life. She is so patient and understanding and detailed in her work. I truly appreciate that she goes above and beyond. Her staff is also fantastic and always work to accommodate my schedule. Especially her assistant Liberty, wonderful working with me to schedule and reschedule my appointments as needed. Her knowledge of the products and troubleshooting any issues I have try to limit the times I have to return to the office when having issues with the hearing aids. Overall a fantastic office and I highly recommend them.
